My Philosophy & Approach

I am an Independent Business Consultant, a "Sales Hacker," and an author specializing in the deep transformation of B2B and B2C sales models.

My approach to the industry is much like the philosophy behind Moneyball. While the majority still clings to the belief that selling is about a charismatic show, clever tricks, or the outdated "five steps of a sale," I treat modern sales as the exact science of managing choice and decision-making.

The mechanics of my method rely on behavioral economics. I design sales processes focused on managing behavior by architecting the context. By leveraging System 1 thinking—the fast, intuitive part of the brain—I drastically reduce the customer's cognitive load. Instead of the exhausting, traditional "handling of objections," I utilize psychological disruptors and precisely manage price expectations.

It often drives a complete evolution of the business model—such as transforming traditional retail eyewear shops into full-fledged medical optic centers.
